When you book with ServiciosGlobal.com you agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS stated on these pages. You must read and agree to them before booking your holidays. Once a reservation has been made, the following terms and conditions will go into effect.
Final Payment
Payment for your reservation should be made before the date indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent by ServiciosGlobal.com.
If payments are not received within the specified period, ServiciosGlobal.com reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
Insurance
We recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance at the time of booking since ServiciosGlobal.com does not take responsibility for health problems, unforeseen circumstances that travelers may incur, or damaged or lost baggage.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, please notify us immediately. Charges are billed as per the date the cancellation is received by ServiciosGlobal.com and are applicable on all products booked. Read TERMS & CONDITIONS of each product.
ServiciosGlobal.com reserves the right to resell any cancelled seats. If cancellation by one or more persons alters the room category, the remaining passengers will be held liable for the difference in cost.
If we receive your written notification to cancel prior to 56 days before departure, your deposit will be forfeited. However, from 56 days onwards the following cancellation charges will apply. Certain travel arrangements cannot be changed after reservations have been made and any request for alteration will be treated as a cancellation.

ServiciosGlobal.com will not pay compensation for changes made because of war or threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics or health risks, technical problems with transport including mechanical and weather reasons, government action, closed or congested airports, and similar events beyond our control.
Changes Requested by the Client
Any change requested by the clients is subject to the cancellation penalty.
All changes are subject to the rates of the new products booked as per the original date of reservation. If a reservation is changed more than once then ServiciosGlobal.com reserves the right to increase the administration fees.
Indicated Pricing
All rates are in USA dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. ServiciosGlobal.com reserves the right to change published prices without notice or to pass on government imposed taxes, transportation related fees or surcharges including but not limited to those for fuel price fluctuations and currency surcharges to the travelers. In the event that ServiciosGlobal.com decreases pricing, the revised rates are valid on new bookings only. Previously reduced rates may increase without notice, and is valid on new bookings only.
Documentation
It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain, at his/her own expense, all documentation required by the relevant authorities. Customs, airlines and immigration authorities reserve the right to allow traveler's entrance and/or exit to the country due to given circumstances. ServiciosGlobal.com shall not be responsible for any refund. It is also the traveler's responsibility to obtain the relevant information for traveling included but not limited to schedules, airlines and hotels.
Hotel Service
The quality of the hotels has been rated in accordance with the established standard of the destination and might be different from the standard in other countries. Service may be interrupted at any time for renovations, maintenance, or construction. ServiciosGlobal.com is an intermediary and shall not be responsible for quality or interruptions of service.
Brochure Description and Representation
All information and pictures contained in our brochure have been checked for accuracy. However, since these are descriptive only, ServiciosGlobal.com shall not be responsible for any unforeseen changes or loss of enjoyment. All photographs of the hotels are published as illustrations of the property only. Most hotels offer variety of rooms with differences in decor, size and location.
Force Majeure
ServiciosGlobal.com shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, to the traveler and/or traveling companions or group members, resulting from events beyond ServiciosGlobal.com's or a supplier's control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods, or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.
Unused Tour Services & Activities
ServiciosGlobal.com is not responsible for any unused portions of your trip or tour services and shall not refund any money. Failure to redeem the tour components as per the pre-arranged times may result in the loss of that tour component and no money shall be refunded. ServiciosGlobal.com shall not be responsible for any activities or optional tours sold locally as ServiciosGlobal.com does not operate these services.
Hotel Overbooking
In the event that a hotel refuses to honor your reservation, ServiciosGlobal.com's only responsibility will be to relocate the passengers in other hotels of the same category or superior accommodations without compensation of any kind. ServiciosGlobal.com shall not be responsible for any inconvenience resulting from this change.
Special Request
ServiciosGlobal.com shall not be responsible for any requests not honored such as but not limited to ocean view, special meals, bedding. The hotel or airline may levy possible overcharges. ServiciosGlobal.com will not confirm any requests before departure.
Hotel Check In and Out
All hotels have assigned check in and out times. Early check in and late check out may require an extra payment, according to hotel conditions.
Specials
All applicable promotions must be reserved or requested at time of booking. For promotions such as but not limited to Honeymoon Special, proof of eligibility is required upon check-in.
Disabled Passengers
A disabled traveler must provide a doctor's certificate authorizing ability to travel. ServiciosGlobal.com shall not be responsible for the provision of any special requirement by persons who are either physically or mentally disabled, if not previously contracted. Many hotels are not equipped to handle disabled passengers, as a result, travel to these properties will be at the traveler's own risk.
Traveller's Responsabilities
The traveler agrees to adhere to the rules and laws of the country he/she is visiting. Should the traveler conduct him/herself in a manner threatening to the supplier and/or other passenger(s), the supplier has the right to refuse service or expel him/her from the hotel. In this event, the traveler is responsible for all costs and no refund shall be issued for any unused portions.
Tour Operator Responsabilities
ServiciosGlobal.com makes arrangements with independent companies and is not responsible for any acts or omissions on their behalf. We reserve the right to refuse any booking and refuse any passenger as a member of these tours at any time.
No representative of any company is authorized to change or override the contract once a reservation is booked.
