* These flights are carried out with the Bahamasair airline.
* The traveller's personal data in the reservation applications should be such as it is in their passport.
* The reservation applications in this flight require of pre-payment, to wait for the flight confirmation.
* The Cuban citizens with Spanish nationality, particularly those that previously to this status, requested visa in the United States Interests Section and it was rejected; they will travel to its own risk. In any case, Havanatur will be responsible, if in the States United in Nassau immigration post, it denied the access to American territory. Havanatur won't accept reclamations, neither will make refunds, for this reasons.
* The maximum duration for the round trip tickets cannot exceed the 90 days.
* All the rates are per person and expressed in USD.

Date changes:
Dates Change are permissible, with an equivalent additional charge to 50.00 CUC, pre-payment with at least 72 hours of advance to the original flight date.

Cancellations:
The cancellations will have the following Penalties:
• Cancellations 30 or more days before the flight day, you got paid: 10%
• Cancellations 15 and 29 days before the flight day, you got paid: 30%
• Cancellations 7 and 14 days before the flight day, you got paid: 60%
• Cancellations 4 and 6 days before the flight day, you got paid: 80%
• Cancellations in less than 3 days before the flight day, you got paid: 100%
